  1. That's incredible stuff. I thought the bullpen was solid overall, but didn't think they could dominate like that. Although this run is against two teams that are hitting like s***, but still, love that they are dominating.
  2. And 3rd place in the division, 4.5 games back of 1st lol you can't make this s*** up
  3. How about that effing bullpen?! Sweet jesus Poor Gausman, the offense never misses a chance to f*** this guy in the arse when it comes to run support and wins.
  4. It's nice to be 17-9 when Varsho, Springer and Belt haven't gotten it going with the sticks yet. Edit: Jansen too
  5. Moustache game is strong with that one.
  6. The Jays seem to have a fair bit of success taking pitchers like White and helping them find success and help the team. Then they move on and can't sustain what they found here. Steven Matz, Robbie Ray, we're seeing it with Stripling now potentially.
  7. Unfortunately optioning Pop or Pearson makes the most sense so you don't lose any depth, unless Bass continues to suck and it really hurts the team to keep him over the other two. I don't see them cutting Cimber. He was obviously pitching with an injury and he's also under control next season, where as Bass is a free agent. No way is Bass back next season, but Cimber might be.
  8. Is that 6 RBIs with two outs today? Love it
  9. Oh look, another moron who just signed up and never has anything positive to stay about the Jays. Always focusing on some negative and blowing it way out of proportion lol
  10. This rotation stays healthy and keeps pitching like this, Tiedemann is going to have cut his teeth later this season in the bullpen haha
  11. Oh s*** just foul. Springer can't catch a break
  12. Manoah was one of the slowest of all pitchers in MLB last season with 20.7 seconds average time between pitches.
  13. Looks like Tiedemann got smacked around pretty good today.
  14. Was just watching some Jays content, they were talking about Manoah. Apparently last season he ranked 189th out of 205 qualified pitchers for amount of time between pitches, and it took him an average of 20~ seconds between pitches. No wonder he's effing struggling so bad out of the gate. The guy has had to shave 5 seconds of the time he's used to taking between pitches lol He will get used to it and get back on track I'm thinking. Just going to take some time.
  15. lol well ok then. Whoever's bright idea that was, they got me I guess.
  16. Hmmm, Bass on the bereavement and Cimber to the 15 day IL? Doesn't that leaves a man down in the pen? Another recall coming maybe? Jay Jackson perhaps?
  17. When it comes to the bullpen, I also wonder if Juenger becomes a factor this season at all. It's early, but so far he's killing it in AAA at 22 yo 14.66 K/9 2.31 BB/9 2.34 FIP 0.77 HR/9 Been a bit unlucky too with a BABIP of 0.429
  18. I'd rather Kikuchi continue to excel as a starter, but I get what you are driving at there. Kikuchi was a stud in the pen late last season. The swing and miss in the bullpen you have there would be fun.
  19. Well that's great news. Please let Pearson stay healthy and be able to command his pitches. He could/should be the first domino to fall to make the Jays bullpen actually a lock it down bullpen. (The next domino would be Green coming back and still being good)
  20. Someone will need to go down when White is ready to come back too. I'm surprised he's still out actually. Thought it was something minor with him.
  21. Adam Macko - 15.75 k/9 / 2.25 bb/9 / 1.63 xFIP Jimmy Burnette - 15.75 k/9 / 2.25 bb/9 / 1.66 xFIP (4 saves in AA) Nate Pearson - 17.28 k/9 / 5.40 bb/9 / 2.08 xFIP Hayden Juenger - 14.46 k/9 / 2.89 bb/9 / 3.73 xFIP (22 years old in AAA and has velo) TJ Brock has 16.69 k/9 and a 2.17 xFIP in high A Beltre has a 237 wRC+ Tirotta has 189 wRC+ Jommer Hernandez has 184 wRC+ and is 22 in high A Palmegiani has a 142 wRC+ in AA (23 yo) Few guys at least starting strong.
