  1. WC lead down to half a f***ing game. Wake up Jays
  2. If Vlad, Kirk and Manoah were hitting projections the Jays would be pacing for 100+ wins Hopefully this season is just a blip for these guys. They are supposed to be core pieces to build around.
  3. Zach Pop's xFIP is still just 3.83 in AAA this season, I think he could be OK in the long run still. Tough year for him though, was expecting him to be a mainstay in the Jays pen. Going to be great to get Bo, Richards and Green on the roster soon. If Richards and Green do what they can do the bullpen is straight up f***ing NAILS
  4. I thought Whit, KK and Belt would be nice veteran depth to help put the Jays over the top, I sure as f*** didn't think they'd be 3rd, 4th and 5th in total position player fWAR after 2/3 of the season. With Jansen (6th), Springer (7th), Kirk (8th), Varsho (9th) and Vladdy (11th LOL) in fWAR At least Kirk and Jansen make a strong tandem with 2.7 total fWAR combined so far, and Springer isn't no spring chicken anymore, but woof to Vladdy. Just awful performance from him. The good thing about the Jays line up is that the only regular PP under water is Espinal at -0.2 fWAR so they don't have too many guys sucking the life out of the team. But DeJong....LOL, already a whopping -0.8 fWAR. Impressively terrible so far.
  5. Mariners, Angels, Astros and Yankees all losing last night on a Jays off day was really awesome.
  6. The Rays are 15-21 since July 1st Sample size getting bigger, nice to see them regress from the almost .700 BS ball club they were for the first few months.
  7. Cooke hasn't pitched since August 2nd. Must have gotten injured, hopefully it isn't a "miss a year+" injury.
  8. IIRC the Jays took a run at Freeman two off seasons ago, and also Boegarts last off season. Looking at Vladdy's struggles and the upcoming holes in the roster next season, those would have been great signings.
  9. This f***ing stupid f***ing goddamn team. f***heads lol There, I feel better
  10. Gabby Martinez and Ranier Nunez sure s*** the bed this season, and so has Dasan Brown. Zach Britton was actually having a solid campaign but has been out injured for three months now. I was hoping this group would be crowding the upper minors by seasons end but none of them will see a promotion this year.
  11. I wanna be pissed but they had just won four in a row Hopefully they come back with a win today Seattle can f*** right off any time now too
  12. You have got to be f***ing kidding me
  13. Lol at the dummy who kept throwing Biggio change ups haha. Thanks, much appreciated. Keep the train a Rollin Jays!
  14. And it's currently missing Romano, Richards and Green. The Jays have also built up a stable of live young bullpen arms in the upper minors with Pearson, Pop, Zulueta, Francis, Eisert, Danner, Juenger, Cooke, Fluharty and Burnette.
  15. Now call up Barger lol
  16. Feels so good to sweep that crap team. Can't believe they were 0-7 against them before this series. Salvaged the 7 games against the O's and Red Sox with a 4-3 overall record. Well done.
  17. Vladdy is basically replacement level now. I sure hope he's been nursing some sort of injury, because if this is what he's regressed to by the age of 24 then this iteration of the Jays core is probably not going to win anything.
  18. Now that the monkey is off the back hopefully they can get rolling here.
  19. 0 for 7 so far lol Can they finally beat the mighty Red Sox today??
  20. Pop has been pitching in AAA and getting his clock cleaned mostly. Relievers are so f***ed. I thought both he and Bass would play big parts in the Jays BP this year and neither have, yet the Jays BP is actually pretty good lol
  21. lol so much for Barrierra being possibly a better version of Tiedemann. $3.5 million in the bank can really suck the motivation out of a guy I guess.
