    Looks like 24 yo lefty reliever Jimmy Burnette is being groomed as a closer this year in AA. 3 for 3 in save opportunities so far, where as he'd only racked up 8 saves in 51 games in the past two seasons Always had wicked high K/9 numbers, but too many walks. So far 0 walks this season, albeit only 11 batters faced with 12/9 K rate. We'll see how that plays out this season.

    Haha Might as well just cancel the season and give the WS to the Rays now I guess. They started 10-0 against 4 teams with a combined record of 13-27 so far. All teams who are in last place in their respective divisions and were projected to be last place teams before the season even started.

Danny Jansen and Alejandro Kirk combined for 6.4 fWAR last season, but yeah let's overreact after 10 goddamn games this season?? f***ing simpletons.
