Damn. Was hoping Heiney would be our bulk guy tonight.

Realistically we have no chance to win a World Series without our bullpen getting its s*** together anyway. So don't hide from them, put them out there and see if they can get their mojo going. Because if they can't, we're going to end up f***ed anyway.

Can't rule out the Blue Jays doing anything, I would save Gausman and Yesavage for a potential game 5. I think you have a better chance to win with them together then them apart because now you're relying on your bullpen in two games instead of mainly this one. Gausman I'm pretty sure I've heard or read that he doesn't like to pitch on short rest. He prefers long rest. I think you try to win the bullpen game and if it doesn't work, you have a great combination available for game 5.

I don't see them using Gausman today. The Blue Jays don't have their backs against the wall. I think they want to save him for game 5 and have Yesavage available to back him up. That is your true nuclear option and you don't use it unless you need to. I don't think they will do anything reckless with Bieber considering he's coming back from surgery. If everyone in the bullpen just does their job we can use many of the same guys we used yesterday along with Dominguez and Hoffman.

Well, it's baseball, so I fully expect all those guys that got hit around yesterday to dominate today. In all honesty I think there is a lot of rust from our bullpen from having pitched so little over around a 10-day span. I actually think it will benefit many of them to pitch back to back days. Of course it still doesn't mean they're necessarily good enough to win. But we'll see. Got to get our offense going against Shitter.

People just trying to cope. Yankees got some trash relievers, but they also have a few reliable ones right now. More than we do.

It's not over but they say momentum is only as good as your next day's starter...well it's these guys. These bums getting whacked as we speak is our next day's starter😄

Why would we have the advantage? They have some good arms in the pen and they use them and they didn't use their crappy arms. Who do we have that we really trust?

Interesting comparison. I don't know, that one was probably worse given we had a bigger lead. Was also at home. This just feels worse because it's at Yankees stadium.

Well no kidding because we don't have enough quality arms in the pen to cover that many innings. The same arms that will be showing up tomorrow.

I mean it's the same guys that are going to have to pitch tomorrow anyway so might as well throw them out there. If they're not good enough to pitch today they won't be tomorrow.

How the hell are we going to get five innings out of our pen? Yankees are far better set up to finish this game. Williams has been pitching well and Bednar has been fantastic. They can probably pitch three to four innings between the two of them. It's almost in their hands already.

Judge and Stanton are going to get like three more at bats in this game.

I don't know, he hasn't been the Bieber of before his injury in terms of hitting his spots. I think his stuff is fine but his command in key moments isn't there yet.
