  1. Hey Gossage, remember this? Similar incident in 1987 from nobody Tom Lawless. How dare he disrespect the game?: Or how about this contemporary of yours: Hey Goose, weren't you on this team? I like the bat flip but my favorite part might be at 0:34 when he tips his cap to the fans to mock them, cause thats s*** totally didn't happen back then right Goose?
  2. Pitty is great. We stayed at the William Penn Hotel and walked to PNC park. The William Penn is a beautiful old historic hotel. No issues walking around downtown Pittsburgh
  3. See if he signs a 3/63 deal. If not try for 4/80. I'd like to see it happen and I think he would resign now for 4/80. Then no matter what we have 3 star hitters going forward in Tulo/JD/Edwin. And on a side note, to the idiots who I keep hearing call into The Fan 590 suggesting trade Tulo to free up space to sign both Joey and Edwin, are they nuts? Tulo's deal pays him $20 mill for the next 4 years, then drops to 14 mill in 2020 and there is a 15 mill option in 2021, his age 36 season. Thats not an insane amount for a player of his caliber, if he can stay relatively healthy will end up looking like a bargain in the long run. $30 mill/year is going to be the new $20 mill/year. http://www.spotrac.com/mlb/toronto-blue-jays/troy-tulowitzki/
  4. Love the optimistm. If all of that comes true we win 130 games!
  5. Jays win 125 games this year. Tulo puts up 11 WAR http://cdn.meme.am/instances/500x/55638992.jpg
  6. I have 2 tickets in row 1 of section 210. Pm me if interested
  7. What the hell were Colabello, Smoak, Santana, etc last year bud?
  8. Still looks like he could be our first baseman
  9. Despite Shapiro's excellence? You have got to be f***ing kidding me. He just tried to trade Saunders and Pentecost for Jay Bruce. I'm going to give him a chance, but so far he's scaring the s*** out of me.
  10. This move has Eric "White Cito" Wedge's stamp of approval.
  11. Good article, makes me just want to wait and offer the QO and then see where the market goes on them.
  12. Unfortunately, Robbie wasn't black enough to bat leadoff in Cito's eyes. And we're all raycess for criticizing him in any way.
  13. When you look at those 1992 and 1993 Jays teams you wonder how they didn't win 100 games each year. They certainly should have. Cito was worth -5 WAR at least probably for stupid decisions.
  14. God, listening to Buck today on Jeff Blair show was horrible. Arguing that Pillar should be leadoff hitter because it worked with Devon White and he didn't walk either. STFU Buck you dinosaur.
  15. You certainly have nothing to worry about, because I wouldn't sell you tickets if you begged me.
  16. I would email transfer you the tickets once you e-transfer me the money.
  17. I have 4 season tickets in section 210, row 1. I know sweet, row 1 right? Most of them are spoken for, but I would be willing to sell a few sets to midweek games in the first half of the season for $35-40 each depending on opponent. Not much of a savings (regular cost is $41.50 including fees for my tickets for premium games) but you are in row 1 for below face which is awesome. PM me if interested and I can let you know which games are available.
  18. Alomar Delgado Bautista Halladay Stieb rounding out the top 10: Fernandez, Barfield, McGriff, Olerud, Wells
  19. But the Cubs are do deep in young studs like Schwarber, Bryant, Soler with more in the pipeline its ridiculous. Plus they'll be able to afford to keep them.
  20. While I agree they may make the over its certainly not a slam dunk. I disagree, they are nothing at all like the pre-2015 Cubs. The pre-2015 Cubs had potential future dynasty written all over them, the Twins do not. Hardcore fans knew Schwarber was going to be a beast even before last year. Twins should be around .500 IMO. The biggest locks IMO are: Yankees under Braves over Red Sox over Cubs over Astros over Giants under Jays over
  21. Yanks on under is close to a lock btw
  22. I feel like these lines aren't very good. I would confidently place money on over half of them. Only a handful are tough to make a call on.
  23. and that says something doesn't it? That it wasn't that disastrous a trade after all. We have Tulo now. I'm happy.
