Look at that greasy f***'s hair. It's literally dripping gunk on the back part.
He's not sweating yet, it's clearly product, why do the umps let this s*** happen?
Of course I would be happy with that. I think you are misunderstanding me.
It was pointed out earlier that Sanchez so far is pitching like a #3. I disagreed as so far he clearly is pitching like an ace. He is likely to end up putting up #2/3 type numbers over the course of the 2016 season and I would be ecstatic to get that from him.
Those other stats are great too...believe it or not, ERA is still a good stat and its still a pretty good judge of how good a pitcher is, and its still probably the most universally looked at stat to judge a pitcher. WHIP is still great too, and his is ridiculous.
And if he maintains all those numbers throughout the season along with that 1.35 ERA and 0.80 WHIP, he'll obviously run away with the Cy Young award in what would go down as one of the best seasons ever by a pitcher.
Obviously he isn't going to do that but I'm making the point that so far, he is pitching like an ace, not just a #2.
Tulo isn't exactly 5/100. More like 6/109
It goes 20, 20, 20, 20, 14, 15 (hell be 36 in that final, 6th year)
The way salaries are now, if Tulo becomes 3/4 his former self hell be a helluva bargain over the term.
Who would you rather start in a do or die game?
If you answer isn't Estrada, rethink things. Therefore, Estrada is our best starter until proven otherwise.
Stroman is good, but he'll never be an ace IMO. #2 ceiling, which is still great. Not enough swing and miss results.
Can't understand those experts picking him as Cy dark horse this year. Confidence doesn't mean you are automatically an ace. He's our 3rd best starter after Estrada & Sanchez.
I will gladly eat crow if he wins the Cy.
