  1. I'd say this is generally correct.

  4. https://www.thescore.com/mlb/events/75485 Mr. Broadcaster - that did not look like a popup off the bat you f***tard.
  5. Biggio scratched with right pinkie finger discomfort. Just keep the injuries coming boys!
  6. https://www.thescore.com/mlb/news/2140335/report-mlb-to-begin-using-statcast-to-catch-cheating-pitchers That's interesting...
  7. I'd love to know if we were in on Trevor Rosenthal and if he was reluctant to sign here b/c we already had Yates...
  8. Yeah - if we added Porcello and Greene, we'd probably be in a better place. Can't imagine that costs more than $15M total. I guess those 2 have been holding out in hopes that something like this happens and they are suddenly in demand. The real piss of is we might have had a chance at Trevor Rosenthal - but once we signed Yates, no other closer was interested in Toronto.
  9. When you add Pearson and Hatch to that list it makes you want to barf a little. The good news is we have lots of pitching depth and a great farm system to help us deal with this very situation. That said, I can't help but wonder if they'll explore a deal with Porcello? Other names: Shane Greene Brad Peacock Cole Hamels David Robertson Mike Leake I don't know if we are desperate enough to take look at Roberto Osuna yet are we?
  10. Yates is done, Springer as a Grade 2 oblique strain and Robbie Ray will miss a start with a bruised elbow after slipping on stairs carrying his kid. OUR PETS HEADS ARE FALLING OFF!
  11. Better than Houston losing 20 in a row I guess? What is the consensus on the draft? I mean Cade Cunningham looked like s*** in the 2 games I saw and he's projected 1st overall. Kia Jones is projected to Toronto right now and he looked like balls in the tournament too.
  12. Don't f***ing chirp Spats please. Thanks.
  13. Is it too much to ask for someone who doesn't make s*** up or straight up tell lies a few times every game? Someone who isn't drunk and actually follows the game of baseball would be the cherry on top.
  14. I think they are - but there worse...which is really sad and embarrassing for the sport. I don't get it. Baseball is the only sport I watch where I think to myself - f*** me, these guys broadcasting the game are f***ing horrible.
  15. I'm dumn. My bad.
  16. Got it. Home games will be unbearable. Awesome.
  17. .375 babip 1.9 bb%
  18. List of catchers who have been better than Salvador Perez since 2015 Manny Pina Yan Gomes Austin Barnes Jason Castro Travis D'Arnaud Roberto Perez Jonathan Lucroy Austin Hedges Mike Zunino Martin Maldonado
  19. What the f***? Buck and Pat for home game? I thought they canned radio broadcasts...but now Shulman is doing the radio? What's going on?
  20. Holy fist f***. That's insane. Pretty remarkable to have one of the top 5 worst contracts in the MLB the second the ink dries.
  21. Any guesses on where he lands on Top 100 lists by the end of this season? I think there's a chance he's Top 30 (although my Jays bias might be strong).
  22. Depending on the Hatch and Pearson situation - I wonder at what point you call up Porcello...
  23. I have to think anyone publishing a prospect list is going to shoot Manoah up the rankings if they caught either of his STing starts. I know it's a SSS, but f*** me. Kid dominated.
  24. I'm not surprised by this at all - but it's still pretty f***ing awesome. One thing everyone hates about pitching machines is the timing - you can't tell when that ball is coming. I've seen some machines that have a screen & projector up in front of it, so you can 'see' a pitcher winding up and then at the release point, there's a hole in the screen the ball comes out of. I wonder if they'll add that to this pitching robot... Super cool - thanks for posting.
