  1. Varsho is crazy good. This play had a 5% catch probability but because he got a 10 foot better than average jump he made it look relatively easy.
  2. Cannot wait for hockey to be over. I know almost zero about the game and wish I knew even less. I do my best to avoid any talk of it but being a Jays fan I get bombarded with it come playoff time from Toronto based baseball outlets. Hockey is a garbage sport that shouldn't be on TV until the Winter Olympics are on.
  3. I love how everyone who is negative characterizes themselves as "realists". Why is this?
  4. Win tomorrow and it's a successful 4-3 road trip.
  5. Some bad decisions today. -Starting Barger in LF in his first MLB game. This team is so hellbent on not playing guys in both corner OF spots. Schneider only plays LF and Biggio only plays RF, for example. They finally break that mold today for the one guy they shouldn't (a rookie in his first game who has never played LF) and it bit them in the ass. -Not pinch hitting for Vogelbach with Turner in the 6th inning. The Royals would have went to the bullpen but Turner vs a righty is better than Vogelbach against a lefty (who hasn't had a hit against a lefty in over a year and a half). I think they went with Vogelbach because Zerpa sucks and was wild but Vogelbach looked so overmatched. Flailed wildly on an 84 mph hanger right down the dick to K.
  6. Game on the line with a runner in scoring position and he Ks looking on a pitch that got a ton of the plate
  7. Defense has played its part as well
  8. Biggio you gotta swing the bat bud This guy Ks looking so much
  9. Chris Stratton sucks and he just mowed down 3-4-5
  10. Letting Zerpa mow down our lefties is a decision
  11. lol I don’t want to see Vogelbach face a lefty ever again
  12. Such a horse s*** call
  13. He's clearly out prior to the push Would not be surprised if it didn't go our way
  14. Might have been out prior to the push
  15. Looking at Marsh's splits and he doesn't seem to be any worse against lefties than your typical RHP but the Jays must see something they feel they can exploit. Every lefty we've got is in the lineup.
  16. My bad I'll tone it down
  17. Excited to see Barger tonight. He lost a little shine after last year but I think that can be excused mostly due to injury. He's hitting the s*** out of the ball so far this year.
  18. We rally around Vlad tonight. The boys will pick him up and he's going to have a big game which will spark a big season.
  19. Wrong once again Jim
  20. Going to be interesting to see how the playing time gets divvied up. Barger will probably get most of his run at 3B with some RF; he probably will play a ton against righties. Schneider has been playing a lot. I think he probably becomes close to a full time LF. Seems like Biggio will take the biggest hit. His RF and 3B time is probably completely gone. Now competing with IKF and Clement more at 2B. He could get more run by spelling Schneider in LF some.
