  1. Dump Schneider, Mattingly and Martinez Promote Hale to manager and Hague to hitting coach DFA Biggio while we are at it
  2. I never said if he deserved it or not But he's clearly feeling some heat
  3. Bassitt vs. Nola tomorrow, Off day on Thursday and then back in TO vs the Twins on Friday. If we get blown out again tomorrow surely there will be a change somewhere. Could be Schneider himself. He's been speaking with more urgency lately and the ejection today was clearly performative. Thursday would be a good day to do it.
  4. Yeah I thought he hit it out of the stadium but it barely got out lol
  5. I'm shocked he's out, good challenge
  6. There we go, nice swing on a tough pitch by Springer there
  7. I don't get it. He moved Bo down for a couple of games. But you know Bo will turn it around at some point. Springer could be dealing with age related decline so he's less of a sure bet to bounce back. So not sure why Bo can be moved down but not Springer.
  8. As we discussed yesterday, the haters and losers that make up the Debbie Downers all live in caves, akin to the Hills Have Eyes people. Team Not Panicking do in fact live in houses. (Admittedly that house is our mother's house for some of us, but still better than a cave.)
  9. Wow you really nailed the front office on this one. One of their relievers suffered a minor injury.
  10. So obvious to just switch Springer and Schneider in the lineup
  11. What's annoying about Hand is that he was downright terrible for us for the 8 innings we had him but he was serviceable that year for the Nats and then after we dumped him he was pretty good for the Mets. He even went on to put up decent years in 22 and 23 even. It was just those 8 innings for us.
  12. They threw in the towel in April, of course they will judge a signing after 6 innings
  13. If SWR turns into a stud pitcher this will be the cherry on top of Atkins' s*** sundae
  14. Upgrade over our current 5th starter
  15. You cannot be serious lol, the only time I bring him up is in response to comments about him. I see at least 20 a day and make about 2 posts about him a week. You make more posts bitching about Chad Green in a DAY than I will make about AA in an entire year pal. In addition, I literally just said he was pretty decent here and think he's doing an even better job in Atlanta. But you AA Fanboys can't handle anything other than pure unbridled praise for him and will literally come crawling out from your caves to fight on his behalf if even a neutral opinion is shared about him. It's absurd and needs to end.
  16. I love the complete revisionist history regarding AA on this board. He gets discussed way too much as is but I'd like to point out how much bitching you all did when he was here. The DAILY posts about the RA Dickey trade make the Atkins complaints look like small fries. It was a constant thing, and when Josh Thole came along for the ride the complaints doubled. Further, that 2015 team was damn good but it was older than dirt and had some major holes that AA did/could not address. One of the most important games in franchise history and Ben Revere and his noodle bat is hitting leadoff, Chris Colabello is batting 5th and Ryan Goins is in the lineup too. It's no wonder we lost to that s***** Royals team. Now before someone says, "But Terminator, Ross Atkins is literally ruining my life right now!!" just take a chill pill and realize that I'm not saying I hate AA and love Atkins. Their tenures in TO seem pretty damn similar to me and I think both are probably pretty decent but not great GMs. AA seems to be better now than he used to be but I'm scared shitless of what he does in trying to keep that old core around. Very well could have given in to extensions on Donaldson and Bautista who s*** the bed shortly after that year.
  17. So you changed your opinion on a multi-year deal after 6 innings? Yikes
  18. Seems a little early to crown the Red Sox as a smart new org. Perhaps they are, but if the Red Sox are "back" in just one offseason and (with just one month of above average play under their belt), then their fortunes could turn south just as quickly if they don't remain on the cutting edge of everything. And if situations can change that fast then so could ours. All they did was push Chaim Bloom out and promote the guy under him. An Atkins to Click move would be similar so all this talk of everything being extremely bleak beyond this year is way too premature lol.
  19. So not only is this sinking ship of a team destined for last place, but things are going to get "extremely bleak" beyond just this year and we can expect "YEARS of misery" and a "period of darkness"? Wow!
  20. Alek Manoah had a 13.50 K/9 in his season debut today
  21. He's 6'4" 290. With him and Manoah back we've got an offensive line again. LT- Alek Manoah 6'5'' 305 LG- Vlad Jr 6'2'' 265 C- Kirk 5'2'' 299 RG- Vogelbach 5'9'' 315 RT- Kuhnel 6'4'' 290
  22. Been fighting against the Biggio Fanclub for YEARS. I'm glad to see glad people are finally listening.
  23. crazy talk regarding Bo Dude has been worse than anyone He’s probably pissed about his own performance, if he’s mad at other people than he should worry about getting his own affairs in order first
