  1. Best bench in franchise history??
  2. Obviously if anyone else is brought in at this point (Bo or Tucker) there would have to be a trade made. Just too many guys ATM. Don’t be surprised to see 1 of Barger/Lukes/Schneider/Loperfido moved
  3. I just can’t see it 1 year removed from signing him to a 5 year deal. Unless they’ve changed their mind about keeping Springer around. But in my eyes, the fit for 2026 is a bit iffy but 2027 and beyond Santander is primary DH. Springer is also a year older and has a history of injuries, he might be a non-factor next year
  4. I think this makes it more likely they add an OF instead of Bo though. Or maybe not, who tf knows lol. I think the front office was just tired of waiting and didn’t want to be left empty-handed. If Bo ends up falling into our lap on a cheapish deal, this just gives us more trade chips
  5. Idk why these losers even post these types of articles. Embarrassing
  6. Its such a nothing quote. Obviously its not 100% that the Jays sign Bo or Tucker, because its a contract and it takes 2 to tango. Many variables. But you have to think its like 95% they sign one. This is like me saying its not 100% guaranteed I will die before age 100
  7. Get ready to wait 6 more weeks
  8. That’s pretty much what we signed him for. 30 HR switch hitters don’t exactly grow on trees. Sure he’s a corner OF with meh defense, but he’s basically Teoscar Hernandez. And Teo is an everyday player for the back to back champs.
  9. And what’s your boy Imai projected for huh? Projections are notoriously unreliable when accounting for injuries.
  10. Feel like they’d be more likely to sell high on someone like Barger, Lukes, etc. over Tony Taters. Selling low/salary dump hasn’t really been the MO.
  11. Probably Bellinger if I had to guess. They also technically signed Grisham for 22mil lol
  12. FWIW Erik Fedde won KBO MVP in 2023 before coming back to MLB and had a great 2024 season. 2025 not so much…
  13. Ponce actually won MVP of the league which is crazy. Will be interesting to see who’s talents translate better to MLB between him and Imai. Are the KBO stats a mirage?
  14. Projections don’t even think so
  15. Would be an interesting bet to make between Imai/Ponce having a better ERA or producing more WAR. I think you’re wildly overrating Imai
  16. Loll i like how you’re still rolling with the “he’s a superstar” thing even though 30 MLB teams did not want to pay him like a superstar
  17. I don’t think anyone is suggesting a 6-man rotation to start… more so that one of the top 5 will be hurt. Bieber will probably be skipped a couple times on those offdays i’d think. Maybe they do run with a 6 man (5 man + easing Bieber in)
  18. In all likelihood, someone gets injured before the start of the season and Berrios begins as the 5th starter, which isn’t a bad problem to have besides the money he’s owed.
  19. I thought so I initially, but allegedly there was a family issue? Maybe the wife forced his hand? He also has 3 young kids, so it may not have been a selfish decision to leave the team
  20. https://nypost.com/2025/12/28/sports/japanese-star-tatsuya-imai-reveals-hes-yet-to-receive-mlb-offer-with-signing-deadline-days-away/ Apparently Imai has not yet received any offers from MLB teams. Weird market
  21. I don’t think he’s terrible as a backup option.
  22. The stadium experience is a big factor for me when visiting other parks. Does the stadium have some cool areas? Good food/drinks? Are the concourse areas boring? Area outside the park? Basically the overall fan experience that goes beyond just the game. Because you can have a nice playing field at a minor league park even. But its the combination of all the other factors that makes it feel like an MLB stadium for me. PNC park is about as cookie-cutter as it gets as an actual stadium.
  23. My personal faves are Petco and San Fran
