    Probably a top three 1-5 in baseball. Potentially one of the top 1-9 in baseball. Potentially one of the worst 6-9 in baseball. Very unlikely that all three of Pompey, Smoak and Saunders work out how we want. Good chance one or two stink. Though I hope not and believe what you've been preaching, it just seems like odds are against us that everything clicks.

    I don't think it'll be as far apart as you think it will be. Plus it was obvious the players were tired of Kane's s***. Stafford will fit in a lot better. I bet Stafford puts up 20+ next year.

    His goals are all garbage goals though. To be fair I guess he still scores. But it's never from skill. I bet you don't hear a thing from him next season. I'd say yeah he's a decent 2nd liner, but people talk about him like he can be elite. He just doesn't have the hockey sense to become an elite. He has the tools, but won't put it together. I enjoy him as a player because of his passion and heart, but he's nothing special, I have no problem dealing him, nor does 90% of the Jets fan base. In short, he's decent, but greatly over rated. The people that think Buffalo won definitely over rate Kane. Two prospects, Stafford and a first is not a bad return. Sure Stafford wouldn't have cost much, but he can easily take Kane's place down the stretch. Chevy is talking about resigning him long term as well. I think Stafford finishes the year off strong too and becomes a favorite in Winnipeg.

    Kane is garbage man, I watch him every game. He's fast and plays hard, and that's it. Seguin is a skilled scorer, Kane is not. I liked Bogo though, I don't know why they couldn't just leave Bogo and Meyers out of it. Don't know enough about Meyers to comment, but seems Buffalo was really high on him.

    Kick it off with something in my FB feed, Julio Franco going to play baseball in Japan at age 56, unbelievable. Guy is a freak though. At age 46 he hit .275/.348 .799OPS. That's amazing.

    That makes things a little better, but I really doubt his WAR drops off like that. No reason he can't put up 3.5+ next year. Guy is a machine though, and that's what he would have given us. You know exactly what you're going to get. You're going to get 200+ innings and an ERA around 3.5. There's not a single Jay in the rotation you can predict. Buehrle and Dickey are pretty reliable, but who knows how they'll do this year, their ERA could easily be in the mid 4s. Stroman, who knows how he'll do, same with Hutch. With Shields you know exactly what you're getting.

    I agree, they'll probably give it to Dickey just because it's what you're 'supposed' to do.

    It seems too easy to predict 100+, so there's a good chance things f*** up and with injuries or just slumping two of them hit under 25. That's how our luck goes.

    Both have same amount of calories. And the sugar doesn't really matter. If you wanted to take it a step further you could say Coke is pretty much just sugar, while ice cream sandwiches and other junk food has who knows what chemicals. Either isn't really good for you is my point. But if it's just calories that matter to you, either is fine.
