My best memory of the old board was that guy who was leaving, said good bye to everyone, then forgot to login to his other account to say bye to himself and how he enjoyed reading his posts. What type of mental issues you must have to make a fake account to say good bye to yourself... I have no idea. But it was hilarious.

For the record I still have them on my hard drive.

Which guys on the list regularly are in GDT? We need atleast one mod who's a GDT regular.

We are looking to add two new moderators. At least one that will be around gamedays to help clean it up. We may even get a mod strictly for gameday cleanups. We want someone who is fair, and doesn't join the mob mentality. The one with the most votes won't necessarily be a mod. The top 3-5 vote getters will be discussed by mods and we will make the final decision.

I don't go into GDT anymore, but I'm the same as you. I don't see it as a big deal to say "f*** this team" in the GDT. Like you said, when they win and say "Yes!" or similar, no one minds because everyone is happy about winning.

I've been around very little the past 1-2 weeks. I'm in the process of selling my house and have very little access to my PC. Next week things should be better. I would a few moderator suggestions. Then I will make a poll and see who everyone would recommend. I will then take the top few nominees and discuss with mods on who we feel would make a good mod (or mods). After that we need to settle which direction we want the forum to go. We have some moderators who are laid back, don't mind the bashing/swearing/insults, and we have some that don't want every post to be a shitfest. One thing is certain, any harassing, bullying, insulting, etc etc towards moderators, you will be banned. I don't give a s*** if you have 10,000 posts or 10 posts. And you do it again you will be banned longer. Many of you have received too many chances as it is and are lucky you haven't been banned permanently, and that includes IP ban. I don't care if you disagree with a moderators decision, it doesn't do anything for the board being a total dickhead by spamming or insulting other members. I put this board up for fun. I lose money running this forum. If you want to revolt and start your own forum, go ahead. I know it's hard when so many members here have known eachother and been together for numerous years now, but as the team gets better, the forum is going to grow, and there will be new members with new opinions. I've said it before and I'll say it again, some will know less than others. Some will have no idea what WAR is, or any other advanced stat, but it doesn't mean we need to call him and idiot, and have every member jump down his throat. Please post 5ish members who would make good mods. I know BTS suggested a few, but looking for a few more. I'm sure within an hour or two I should have more than enough suggestions, then I'll start the poll.

I think it's a dumb idea, but we'd atleast get to see a team win. There have been crowdfunding campaigns for celebrities to make movies. That has to be 10x as bad.

He did, then realized he sucked and wasn't going to make it. Now he's going to pitch until his arm falls off. I thought he was gonna be able to do it, was a big fan of his when he was a Jay. THe surprising thing to me was that I always thought he had a couple really good years in Baltimore as a pitcher. I was wrong.

He's looked really good at the plate the last couple weeks. I was going to bump his thread. I doubt it lasts long term but we'll see. If he could hit like .260/.320 that would be a pretty valuable piece.
