At the very least you can use him as a decoy late in the game just by having him grab a bat with intention in the dugout. That alone may be enough to vanquish possible lefty on lefty matchups.

I like that Barger is playing over Straw, Even if its tough lefty matchup. Snell will destroy Straw. You’re as likely to get flare base hit from Barger. And I like the arm in RF. Maybe they can use Straw in a proper role like pinch running.

Verducci just interviewed Kike about playing CF, um he doesn't sound too confident, almost sounded nervous about it
