Ive been watching this management do the same thing since the Gausman decision in 2022, Berrios decision in 2023 and then a several times this postseason too. 

If Max didnt threaten to kill Schneider yesterday, he would have gotten pulled too and you would have signed off on that...

overall though not bad.  2/3 at Seattle.  I don't think it could have gone better.  If you just didn't watch any of the games and checked the final scores, any of us would take it.

BUT and the big BUT….unless they throw a perfect game, we still may see both Varland and Little to relieve them at any point of the game

 

unless Atkins takes over and forcefully STOP this stupidity 

 

however if the directive came from Atkins from the get go by allowing John Schneider to use both no matter what….then God help us. 
 

I though wholeheartedly believed that this is coming from Atkins and not just from Schneider alone.

Well, elite relievers are kinda overpriced but at the same time we did spend much more on the pen and didn't even get that. 

A weird season. Acquisitions all sucked while all the returning players had amazing years.
