Well, if ifs or buts were candy and nuts, we'd all have had a great weekend. But one last time, IKF had best sell his talents elsewhere. I've never been a baseball expert (but love this board), but a sprint across the plate would have turned history. Not to be. If Atkins re-signs him, all the slings and arrows cast towards the khakis are fully deserved. Thanks for the in-game entertainment, all!

Just googled Yamamoto - the bias in the media can be summed up in the two top video headlines: Yoshinobu Yamamoto gives up 5 runs & lasts 1 inning in MLB debut with the Dodgers (YouTube) and Yoshinobu Yamamoto fans two in his MLB debut (mlb.com). They may have cut down on spin from sticky substances, but the spin by MLB is beyond belief.
