the bullpen lost both games

I would argue the offense hasn't done enough either.

I'm not sure if there's any way we could have rearranged the deck chairs on this Titanic.

I think we lose the first two games either way. They were simply better.

Yup. It starts with Bieber if he gives us a good outing were in business. These are the games they got him for. He wants to get paid this off-season. He doesn't want to have a s*** outing.

And if Bieber gets smacked around we can officially say Atkins failed to do enough at the deadline.

You haven't been on YouTube lately Im guessing.  The titanic didnt even sink.  It was its sister ship and it was insurance fraud.

I've got an ocean front property in Arizona I'd love to sell to you at a great price!

If he gets knocked around it wasn't meant to be. They went into the playoffs with him expecting to be the #1 or #2 when they traded for him. And they put a Rookie on the mound for both Game 2's when he wasn't even on the roster on September 1st. They made some gambles to get this deep. Lets see what pays off in the end.

This is mind boggling though….

is this coming from Atkins?  Having both Lauer and Bassit pitched a low leverage situation while the bullpen such as Varland and Little who were shaky are on thrown to the fire to pitch with the score tied for game 1 and 2

asking a friend?

Schneider lost both games trusting the bullpen over his starters who are supposed to be the 2 best pitchers on the entire staff right now.

players need to execute

face it, both games, the team has sucked.

Literally nobody is disputing that. It's been quite evident lol

Surely Lauer is higher on the totem pole than Little?

Matt has proven time and time again how reliable he was as a starter and in pressure situations….dont know why he is now relegated as an after thought

I am confused why they used Lauer here and didn't just finish with Bassit.

You are confused by Schneider made pitching changes?  You arent even new so no excuse not to know the answer to that question lol

Based on being down two games, I think Schneider should give serious thought to sit Gimenez in Seattle.  Not that he is the only one underperforming but at this point you have to  try to jumpstart the offense.

Suarez was not on the playing field, he was sitting on a metal strip right at the edge of the dugout and not on the dirt (playing field). so the ball hit Suarez who was deemed to be in the dugout

I would agree with you if that were true, but Suarez was definitively in the field of play if you watch the replay. You can see him on the dirt, there's no debate about that.

We can't hit bad pitching and we have faced a bunch of bad pitching in this series. It's been a problem all season. We had no problem hitting Fried when he was throwing 98 and painting the corners.

It seems like a lack of focus to me. We get one of the least talented opponents in ALCS history and we think it's just going to be handed to us on a silver platter. Well it's not. Any team can beat you if you don't try.
