Some team will give him a lot of money this off-season as well. He's a unique player. Obviously being able to steal 30 bases with one of the slowest sprint speeds in Baseball is an interesting talent.

John Balkabella Verified Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Let’s go 21 innings. Empty those bullpens. Waylanderz 1

Doubleplay21 Verified Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Detroit not able to hit off speed is so predictable

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Baez just missed, again Nice comeback story, relatively speaking lol Stangstag 1
Doubleplay21 Verified Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Its Seattle in Toronto on Sunday
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 It's Gilbert's side day I think? I wonder if he can only go 1-2 or if they'll let him ride. I don't trust anyone else in Seattle's pen.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Feels like the only ones having consistently good ABs from Detroit are Baez and Carpenter. The rest of the offense looks pathetic.
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 I don't know if I've seen someone mismanage his bullpen as badly as AJ Hinch in this game. Doubleplay21 1
Doubleplay21 Verified Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 The book on Detroit hitters unless big changes in off season they will be a bad team next season.
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 a hit and the play is to HOME lol BTS 1
ComeTogether Verified Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Which team is a better (easier) matchup for Jays?
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 That ball was in the air forever.
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 first time seeing Melton and wow, heat.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Maybe I’m too used to watching the Blue Jays, but pretty surprised they didn’t have Crawford bunt the runner over there.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 So I think they walk Raleigh but do they walk J-Rod as well?

I'm sure they are sitting slider. That's how good it is. It's like Kahle throwing like 60 straight changeups or Mo's cutter. You know it's coming, but you still can't hit it. Orgfiller and BTS 2

We smoked them this year and their defense may be the worst in MLB, certainly the worst in the playoffs by a huge margin. That's the kind of thing out offense will exploit.
