Stanton feels so dangerous right now. Always scares the s*** out of me. More than Judge

I was with you until the very end of your statement lol.

Some great plate appearances tonight. Could have even more runs for sure.

Gausman has been phenomenal his command is unreal tonight

Would let Gausman try for 8 innings given the pitch count but I doubt Schneider will allow that with the top of the order up.

No reason to pull Gausman for the 8th.  Let him pitch.  He's been dominant.

I dont know, I prefer to let Little have a clean inning, expecially since he's so walk prone.

It's fascinating how Gausman can have the same stuff, same velocity, and same command in two starts, but one looks like this, and the other they light him up.

It will be fascinating to hear him reflect on tipping pitches after his career comes to a close. I've never watched a pitcher where it played a bigger role in their success/failures.

I prefer not even use Little with the way Gausman is pitching

Wearing down their bullpen would be great to start this series.  Need to pile on here if we can.

As good as Gausman has been, if Grisham gets on he can easily get into trouble with Judge/Chisholm/Stanton coming up facing him the 4th time.

He was nailing the bottom corners tonight and ump had a wide zone.

I'd trust the guy we are paying to be our Ace and is pitching like it vs Little who we have no idea how he'll look today.  Not to mention its a long ass season so if you can save an arm then you should do it.

He was better than usual, but there have been several starts where he was just as good and didn't have the same success.

The obvious difference tonight is that they weren't able to tell when a fastball or splitter was coming, so he was able to successfully use the low fastball to get ahead of hitters and set up the splitter as an out pitch.

In his poor starts where he also had good command, they would attack low fastballs and lay off the splitter because they know it's coming.
