6-9 in our lineup can be called the babip boys!

Clase finally does something useful!

I'd love to see him steal 3rd now

Vlad getting under everything or driving it into the ground.  He can't win.

his average launch angle today is 28 degrees, which would be awesome!

its just that to get that average its ... -16, 8, 51 and 70. Fun with numbers!

Well, he's got 14 years to figure it out.  *gulp*

Hehe more fun with numbers...

one ball gets hit at 107.2 EV and 21 degrees... goes 363 for a HR

next ball gets hit at 105.4 EV and 21 degrees, goes 8 FEET FURTHER... for a double.

This is the game and series that is going to give us all irrational hope for the rest of the season...

Imagine a top 5 of Bo actually hitting, Vlad murdering baseballs, Santander coming back and hitting taters, followed by a performing Barger and Springer.

Boner inducing.

Even though Lauer is cruising, Schneider will use at least three more arms to finish this game.

I swear this is the only fan base that complains about the managers pitching moves when the opposition has 1 run on 3 hits over 7 innings.

He has a propensity of overworking his pen.  We've seen it already this season with Hoffman, Garcia. John Gibbons was great at saving his arms.

A. That's not true, every fan base is the same.

B. If they only complain when management decisions go poorly that's just hindsight.

I actually didn't see an issue with any of his pitching decisions today. They were sensible.

This is true. Especially with Yimi, he overplayed his hand.

Schneider probably threw a tantrum between innings knowing he couldn't use Hoffman or Garcia in this game due to the score.

Seriously though, great to see the bats waking up. They needed at least one (likely more than that) young bat to turn into something, and maybe we are seeing that with Barger.
