Have to believe it starts and ends with the coaching staff. Montoyo gone, but the rest kf the coaches remained and we have the same issues.

 

Run it back next year with a new coaching group, if the problem persists then it’s clearly the players. Trade Vlad and Bo after 2024 if things dont improve.
