It's a really bad prescendent man. There are people who have been CONVICTED of more serious crimes that have been let back. Banning him for life would be ridiculous and something I hope doesn't happen.

At least mlb seemingly learned their lesson with Clevenger. Vet the accusers at least instead of suspending and investigating later. That was unfair to wait on the legal process to drag on like a snail because there was all smoke there and no fire

Someone else made a good point, that Bauer is possibly blacklisted by most MLB teams for whistleblowing the sticky stuff situation. The domestic violence accusations are a perfect excuse for teams to not sign him.
