That’s very presumptuous, unless you know more detail. He could’ve genuinely been trying hard to build a stadium and if they didn’t play ball, that kind of thing might make sense where you have one foot in, and one foot out.

 

Again, if they’re trying to get $300m in breaks over time, where they will generate 2x that for area businesses, the problem becomes all the voices saying “think of all the things we can give people so they don’t have to work with $300m. Make the evil billionaire pay it all”
