Not sure the Angels will be the ones to overpay. They have Rendon's and Trout's contract and Ohtani is a FA after 2023, I think they'll try to do everything in their power to re-sign him.

 

My guess is the Padres. Wil Myers is a FA, so they'll have space in RF for a bad contract.
