So how f***ed are they getting with start times in the first round, I might take one day off at the least

Jays/Rays will definitely be getting the earliest start times every game they play.

It's going to be so hard going back to Buck and Pat next year. Really hope Tabler retires or Sportsnet has the balls to replace him with Shulman full time.

Now THERE is a man who has never visited the SportsNet comment section... Or this site for that matter.

Tbqh I am shocked Don Cherry uses Twitter or the internet in general

I wonder if they just stick with the current setup. Is there really a need for Buck and Shulman to be at the game live? No travelling means Shulman probably stays on full time.

Four-seamers

The surprise in the research was that velocity was the second-most important facet of a fastball, second to vertical movement. So this isn’t a list of the hardest-thrown fastballs in the league.

Best Four-seamers of the Year. Sorry it didn't copy well. the numbers are # of pitches and the QOS_PLUS

t might be weird to see Taijuan Walker at the top of this list, but he gets a lot of movement on the pitch, and he’s got decent velocity, and the results kind of agree — it’s his best pitch relative to other pitches of the class. Yeah, his slider gets a few more whiffs, but it gets below-average whiffs for a slider, and his four-seam gets nearly twice the whiffs of an average four-seamer.

He was complaining about people using their phones at games like 15 years ago

No chance I think. Most broadcasters already struggle with not being in the ballpark to call the plays and at certain points they have no idea what's happening. I really hope we at least stick with Dan for home games, as he's unlikely to want to stay on full-time if it means travelling. Unfortunately someone else will have to accompany Buck on the road and very likely that someone will be Pat Tabler.

I didn't even realize it will be Buck and Tabler for the playoffs. That sucks.

Get ready for the BIG and STRONG boys.

Tabler looked like a propt up corpse last night.

thought I was watching Weekend at Bernies

I thought the border was still closed?? How did they get Pat across??

Or will he and Buck be on zoom ?

They sort of do that with the Yankees broadcast. Paul O'Neill is on zoom in Cincinnati I believe.

They're in studio at Rogers. Oh nevermind, lol. Yeah they could do that, but I'd assume they'll use someone in studio.
