While true, he was referring to forum poster Orgfiller.

The one silver lining in this is that Cespedes has practically been injured all year as well and Matt Kemp has been amazing.

Dumbest f***ing debate on this Yankees broadcast.

2 to 1, majority of these fatties think trading Gleyber for deGrom is a no-brainer for the Yankees.

His only argument was simply that the Cubs traded Gleyber for Chapman and won the WS.

Lol wut

There’s a non-zero chance that Gleyber is already the Yankees best player and he’s under control thru 2024. He’s obviously completely untouchable and those broadcasters are dumber than Tabby.

Whoa whoa whoa, easy there tiger. You're right about everything else but let's tamper things a bit, the Yankees happen to have two very large outfielders who are kind of good and one of the best pitchers in the game.

Yeah, and then there's the other guy who said he wouldn't trade Gleyber for anyone else in the majors.

Like.... not 1? I know it wouldn't be an easy deal to make but I'm sure there's something they could trade him for, not that they should....but to say there's nobody to trade for him isn't really defensible either.

Out of the DR says 18 of the top 20 IFA prospects for this year have tested positive for PEDs lol

If anyone ever wondered what an on-field argument between a manager and umpire sounds like, here's a very audible and NSFW sound clip of Mets' manager Terry Collins going off on crew chief Tom Hallion. This is old - it's from 2016, and is what is assumed to be a retaliation attempt by the Mets for the infamous Utley slide that broke Ruben Tejada's leg:

The Cubs had two relievers play LF in the same inning today

In the game at the same time, rotating between pitcher and left field for each batter?

usually happens in an extra-innings game with a limited bench or a brawl resulting in a short bench.

and a friendly reminder that you can't get credit for saving a game you win, the win takes precedence if you accomplish both feats in in a game

LOL @ the DR

Yeah, LOL @ desperate kids doing everything they can to raise their families out of poverty. What a bunch of losers!

Matt Moore is being shifted to the bullpen. Well overdue, just hasn't been the same since his TJS. Almost a surely will be seeing his club option declined at seasons end.

Interesting debate. It's like saying those in the getto shouldn't steal and deal drugs.

I understand why they do it, but I'm not sure we should condone what they are doing either. The counter argument is that instead of cheating, they could simply work harder.

Tons of players work hard and never make it. Takes a lot more than hard work.

That doesn't make cheating 'right'

Do we just accept that those less fortunate are going to steal and cheat to get out of the cycle? Should they instead worker harder and become educated instead (even if that means a higher % of them fail)? Should we give them more help/aid to narrow the gap? (I'd say yes if they are the latter, no if they are the former).

It's a great debate.

That's not the same thing at all. Analogy fail

What you are saying is that 90% of the top 20 J2 prospects don't work hard enough. I'd love to understand what they could do differently. Nutrition? Nope. S&C regimens? Nope. Attend showcases or travel ball? Nope

If I was dirt floor poor and some buscone told me to take this needle and it'll change your family's lives forever I would do it in a heart beat.

All I'm saying is that if you're in a s***** position and want to get out of it, there are always going to be options/temptations to take the faster/easier way out (cheat, steal, etc.) - all of which create moral dilemmas and negative side efforts, or you have the option to do it the hard and honest way and work your ass off. Perhaps I'm over simplifying this as the DR players do both (take PEDs and work their ass off).

But a DR player can work harder at being a better baseball player. More training, learn other languages, educate himself on the game and how to better transition to baseball in NA, etc.

I refuse to believe that DR people have no choice, so just let them do PEDs, or that people in the getto have no other choice, let them steal and sell drugs. There's always choice. The honest way may take longer and have a bigger chance of failure, but it's still a choice.

Theres probably lots of Americans who are also taking PEDs. The drug makers are way ahead of the system so lots of people never get a positive test.

MLB needs to do a better job in Latin America, they already screwed up with installing a hard cap spending limit.
