Worse news--Sabathia(hip) and Drury(migraines) to the DL, and Holder winning a bus ticket back to Scranton Wilkes-Barre. Cessa, German up to be emergency help for the taxed bullpen (only Warren and Robertson are available today thanks to Boone's bullpen blunders), and former Braves prospect Jace Peterson called up to cover infield depth, as Gleybar Torres is not close to MLB ready, as he's struggling in AAA.

They have some interesting arms in the upper minors, German being one of them. They have the depth to cover injuries and it really just affords them more opportunity to give these guys a chance.

Bryan Holaday is pitching the bottom of the 8th for the Marlins.. 2nd position player in MLB today to pitch (Daniel Robertson was the other).
