Gary Verified Member Posted May 8, 2017 Author Posted May 8, 2017 Haven't we suffered enough? This thread is going to turn the Jays season around. This is the end of your suffering.
King Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Martin to the DL and Ohlman up. Ohlman has pretty good numbers this year. Bolsinger starting tomorrow.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Martin to the DL and Ohlman up. Ohlman has pretty good numbers this year. Bolsinger starting tomorrow. DL for what? I didnt even know he got injured Edit; FFS its his shoulder
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Season just has been a disaster. 3 most important Position players all on the DL (Donaldson, Tulo and Martin)
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Season just has been a disaster. 3 most important Position players all on the DL (Donaldson, Tulo and Martin) Osuna and Sanchez (the equivalent for the bullpen and starters) have both been on the DL too. Add in the poor results from Pearce and Travis and that equals an historically bad start to the season.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 SI curse is real. Donaldson, Tulo, Martin, Price all on the DL with Bautista and Edwin having bad years. Gibby is the other. http://www.tsn.ca/blue-jays-featured-on-sports-illustrated-cover-for-first-time-since-2005-1.372670
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Season just has been a disaster. 3 most important Position players all on the DL (Donaldson, Tulo and Martin) What sucks is that most of the losses came when everyone was healthy. The team has been about .500 since the injuries hit. That poor start may prove to be too big of a hole.

Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Mike Ohlman has been called up. http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/blue-jays-place-russell-martin-10-day-disabled-list/

Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Mike Ohlman has been called up. http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/blue-jays-place-russell-martin-10-day-disabled-list/ I'm kind of curious to see what this guy looks like. His K% has spikes to ugly levels in AAA, but he's still hit really well this year.
Governator Community Moderator Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Sanchez, Happ, Donaldson, Tulo, Martin all on the shelf at the same time lol Add in below average bats for Travis, Pearce, Bautista, and even Morales. The only current available players with above 100 wRC+ on the season is Pillar, Carerra, Smoak. I don't think you could script this season much worse.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Happ has been too and doesn't look like he's coming back anytime soon. Watch Stro drop tonight too....
Governator Community Moderator Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Watch Stro drop tonight too.... fielding a bunt
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Watch Stro drop tonight too.... Well he did refuse the MRI so he may be hurt and we don't even know it yet. I guess we'll find out tonight.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Well he did refuse the MRI so he may be hurt and we don't even know it yet. I guess we'll find out tonight. He's not hurt, he showed no signs of any physical discomfort whatsoever. If he pitches well tonight, he won't say a word. If he gets shelled, he'll say his feet itch abnormally.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Well he did refuse the MRI so he may be hurt and we don't even know it yet. I guess we'll find out tonight. He didn't refuse an MRI because the team didn't tell him to get one...unless I missed something
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 fielding a bunt Celebrating a strikeout on the first batter of the game.
Governator Community Moderator Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Celebrating a strikeout on the first batter of the game. Yelling too loudly at the opposing bench.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 8, 2017 Posted May 8, 2017 Remember the long debate over whether the Jays should resign EE, Jose or both? Man have both been awful to start the season. Whoever said zero must feel smrt.
