They only full game replays I've seen is if the Jays play a day game, they might show it again in the evening but I don't think they do it for every day game. I know they did this with the Yankees day game this week.

 

I have seen full game replays as well the next day after a night game, but only if the Jays were off on the following day. Again, it doesn't happen every time so it's probably just here and there when they need to fill time with something other than darts.
