Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 Patience with starting pitching prospects seems to be a priority. I like the sounds of that.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 Patience with starting pitching prospects seems to be a priority. I like the sounds of that. Well it's likely we'll lose 2 players out of our rotation to FA, so he better be ready to promote Biagini or sign some FA
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 Stupid questions are stupid. Someone who can't name the DH of our team, and makes the excuse that he's "a little nervous" should not be allowed to ask a question

Stroman/Sanchez/Osuna all came to the majors young. Any detrimental effects? Did they seem ready or not? (personally I think no and yes) Will Reid-Foley and Greene be handled differently? I would hope just on a case by case basis based on ability and readiness - not based on the needs of the major league club or any strict "policy"

I would hope just on a case by case basis based on ability and readiness - not based on the needs of the major league club or any strict "policy" Well he did say that the player is the one who ultimately makes the decision, and if dominating in a certain league, will at that time get the appropriate call.
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 What did the person ask? Just basically complained about the Edwin ordeal more than asked a question. Something about, "did you even want Edwin?"

Nobody capable of spelling their name correctly would waste their life listening to Jeff Blair.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 It's bleached now Pretty sure one of the first things he did after that tourney was have the blonde stripped and dyed it back to its natural colour.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 Sounds like Estrada is getting the Ball to open the season.... Anyone of those pitchers could be the opening day starter honestly, thats really nice to say.

KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 Good, dial down Stroman's ego. Was he even in the running? I mean I love the potential he flashes but his 2016 didn't earn him this assignment. I'm not sure he was ahead of Happ for this gig much less ahead of Sanchez and Estrada.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 My god Madani is fat. He prefers the term "curvy"
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 He prefers the term "curvy" Well he curves in all the wrong places.

Probably not, but he was the opening day starter last year and after the WBC performance he probably feels like he should be. I'm just glad he's hopefully put in his place.

Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 Really nice play by Shane Opitz, or as GBill would call him, Shane Lopez.
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 isn't that the guy that ruined odor fought in the minors?
Governator Community Moderator Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 (edited) Sounds like they are going to take Tepera over Barnes. Edited March 25, 2017 by Governator
HERPDERP Old-Timey Member Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 Tepera wasn't that bad last year
