Well it's likely we'll lose 2 players out of our rotation to FA, so he better be ready to promote Biagini or sign some FA

Will Reid-Foley and Greene be handled differently?

 

I would hope just on a case by case basis based on ability and readiness - not based on the needs of the major league club or any strict "policy"

Well he did say that the player is the one who ultimately makes the decision, and if dominating in a certain league, will at that time get the appropriate call.

Totally agree, judge each prospect individually based on their own level of readiness, not some schedule set in stone.

Probably not, but he was the opening day starter last year and after the WBC performance he probably feels like he should be. I'm just glad he's hopefully put in his place.
