+1 for Subway being terrible. At least in Toronto there's so many Burrito Boyz, Chipotole, Fat Bastard options for pretty much the same price and the food taste fresh.

Gonna grab me some Fat Bastard right now

You should get a paycheck for this post because I'm this close to getting some of this amazing s***.

Burrito Boyz is my favourite one of the bunch as well. I don't think I've been to a single location yet where the staff weren't all friendly.

They also always ask if Burrito sauce is okay when you order a veggie or sweet potato burrito ( because of the sour cream in it and the amount of vegans who eat there) which is really cool and respectful.

Have you guys in TO eaten at Chickery? It's phenomenal. I have no idea if it's all over Canada or not. I've only seen one in the food court at Mt. Sinai....when we were stuck in sick kids going though some tough times...it was like heaven on a plate Edited by Brownie19

It's a big chain. Wouldn't the "friendly environment" be totally dependent on the franchise owner + staff?

Those rich brown guys don't care about the environment. Just cutting cost and running a skeleton crew.

No but I walked by it a couple of days ago on Elm St. and was wondering what it was. Is it fast food like KFC?

Not really. I mean it's in a food court, so I'd call it fast food, but its like high class fast food (all the eateries in the Mt. Sinai food court are quality/somewhat health options).

The chicken tenders are cut from full chicken breasts and hand breaded/fried when ordered. It's worth trying.

I've been having a lot of Burger King lately. That 2 for 5 deal is pree goo.

Burger King uses cow anus in their burgers. That's why there's a long lasting after smell with Burger King.

Anyone like East Indian food?

I'm eating a ton of Indian, Thai and Mexican food lately. I grew up on a beef farm and ate nothing but meat and potatoes for the first 30 years of my life...I'm making up for lost time I guess.

Sounds like a lot of bathroom trips.

Imagine how great the Food Thread would be if it wasn't in the Off-Topic Forum.

Food can be and should be posted and shared everywhere.

I grew up on a beef farm too. Wouldn't trade that for the world.

I love Indian. I eat it whenever I can. I will eat almost anything and Indian is maybe one of my favourite cuisines.
