Like Jose leading off. Don't like Goins in the lineup. Barney is the better hitter and defender IMO.

When Gibbons makes one good move he has to offset it with a s***** one to still showcase his incompetence (hence why the right move in Jose leading off is countered with Goins starting). Oh well.

I'm giving Gibby credit. Very smart move. This is a must win game tonight and he isn't f***ing around. A lot will depend on whether the bottom 3 can put up some good ABs chipping in, and give us a chance to keep turning that line up over. We need a couple guys who aren't named Edwin and JD to step up and help them carry some of the load tonight.

Days like today make it seem f***ed when we call a game in August a "must win". This is it, if they lose pretty much all hope is lost and I'll have a numb feeling for tomorrow's game, won't even feel real for me.
