West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 What a waste of a challenge, he was safe. Maybe came off for a second but I don't think Goins kept the tag on.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Bunch of f***ing whiners in here. Jesus christ people
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Really doesn't apply here. He should have caught every pitch Dickey has thrown since he cam up last year. Every one including bullpen, just random throws...all of them. He hasn't and that's most likely the problem. He plays 1 time every 5 games and only catches a knuckle ball. I haven't seen Bostons catchers have the problem with their guy like Thole has. Very similar knuckleball Doesn't apply here? Okay yeah, reasonable conditioning practices go out the window because the Blue Jays are losing on April 15.

glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I kind of wish Floyd was in the rotation instead of Dickey, but 200 IP of 4.00 ERA has value. Just have to take the good with the bad.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I can't believe we gave up Syndergaard for this old fart. It is a sad trade, hot tub time machine it up.
Statman Verified Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 John Gibbons is terrible, just terrible.
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Please don't give another run FFS

BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Big spot here. Tough out in Betts. You got this RA.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 John Gibbons is terrible, just terrible. You do realize someone tells him when to challenge right? f*** sakes give it a rest on the Gibbons hate.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Big spot here. Tough out in Betts. You got this RA. How can you be so optimistic with Dickey pitching, please share the knowledge, I need to drink that kool-aid.
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Yep, typical Dickey. Jays get you a run back and what do you do? Give them a run right back to the other team.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Gets one back and gives it right back. Oh my.
darkness_falls Verified Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Wow RA got squeezed like crazy in that AB.
CJ-Freeway Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Yep, typical Dickey. Jays get you a run back and what do you do? Give them a run right back to the other team. Classic dickster.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 How can you be so optimistic with Dickey pitching, please share the knowledge, I need to drink that kool-aid. I'm just a Jays fan. He is on the bump for us. I don't see the point in slagging absolutely everything. We got him for another 29-30 starts.
Belliss101 Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 This is a joke. At this point keep this moron on the mound and save the pen.
Statman Verified Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Something needs to be done with Dickey in the starting rotation. Hopefully Shapiro has some balls in this situation.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Patience guys, like Buck said he needs to zero in that Knuckball. Implying he can control that god awful pitch and he doesn't just throw it up there and pray.
Governator Community Moderator Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Just spoke to John from Air Duct Cleaning Services. You can expect your robocall shortly, tell him I said hi.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Should just pitch Dickey in Buffalo for the first half of the season and then call him up in the second half when he dominates.
