Morosi will calm the fans down by saying his sources informed him that AA was about to trade for Mike Trout before Shapiro came on board.

man, I wish JP Morosi would just f*** off. He's the absolute worst. Find another team to obsess over, dork.

I actually don't mind Morosi. He isn't as great as Rosenthal and his trade suggestions are dumn but overall he isn't the worst guy they bring in to talk about baseball. Just your average click bait journalist who has some breaking news and mostly level headed answers.

Bob Mc*******. Hating someone he doesn't even f***ing know, what a knob.

but but but... they're losers!

The shoes are a nice touch. Style is a solid 55, maybe a 60. A lot better than frumpy 40 grade AA.

Light wash loose fit non raw denim jeans, knock off 20 style points.

He said good things about Atkins, a young forward thinker, analytical, excellent evaluator etc... Bobcat was having none of it citing the Indians record over the past years. Amusing few minutes...:P

I'd love to think that whatever this moron says is completely inconsequential, but unfortunately he's increasing the fanbase idiot factor.

Will be funny when Atkins actually does a good job, though I doubt McCown possesses the self awareness to realize that he should shut his f***ing mouth instead of spewing verbal diarrhea about a guy he doesn't even know.

And his thing about Farrell? Is there a GM out there that didn't have to work his way up? His butt buddy AA worked under whoever ran the mailroom! HAH!

I agree. The jeanwork leaves a lot to be desired.

He has a point. And while I certainly understand I am in the minority here, what exactly has Shapiro done in the last ten years. Terrible attendance, and mostly bad teams. I know, the payroll, the payroll.

And I certainly can't quantify why, but I think this is a terrible move that Rogers made in hiring him, and now his side kick. I certainly hope I AM WRONG. Sometimes there is just no logic to a feeling, but I have had a bad one since they announced his hiring.

Anything is better than Beeston, especially a baseball mind. He seems well spoken and a person who is hands on with everything in the organization, wants to know what's going on at all times. I like this move

Never fails to amaze me how some people still don't understand how important payroll is in relation to wins.

Not every team can pull off what Friedman did with the Rays and Beane does with the A's. That's not the norm lol

Tell that to Tampa Bay.

Come on, I understand what payroll means, and I certainly understand how teams are put together and how they become successful. I also said, there was no logic to my feelings. But there they are. So when this team goes on to build a consistent winner, you can all say, well wasn't she dumn. But sadly, if I am right, we will spend another 5 years or so waffling around the middle, being neither good nor bad.

Unfortunately, for me, I probably won't live long enough to see another rebuild.

If the Indians were sold and their payroll went up to $150M, how many teams would look to have a brighter future? I think easily fewer than 5.

Most everyone did like this move, and I can't explain why I didn't.

While I understand that what Tampa has done don't forget that they were helped by YEARS of being on top of the draft board. While their first round picks haven't really lived up to expectations they still picked high in other rounds.

Quality post. Kluber, Carrasco, Salazar, Allen, Kipnis, Lindor, and Mikey Callaway are enough to make me buy into whatever Atkins was doing in Cleveland. f*** the team record.

Nvm...drafted and developed homegrown talent...missed that.

Hair game is a 55

Style is a 45
