I plan to just sell the single tickets anyway and use the money to get a good pair.

It's a little less than that. Houston is ~50% to beat Kansas City, Toronto is ~60% to beat Texas, an even LCS will go to seven games 31.25% of the time (Astros and Jays are about even).

 

So the odds there is a game seven in Toronto is (.5)(.6)(.3125) = 0.09375. About 1 in 11.

 

 

Except that Toronto is more than 60% to beat Texas.
