That inning in game 2 was crucial though, it changed the entire series onwards from that point - Price had retired 18 straight before Goins/Bautista allowed to popup to drop, we were cruising with a 3-0 lead, to leave KC level before the 3 straight home games would IMO have been the difference maker.
From that point anything could have happened, as it was we crushed Cueto in game 3, like they did Dickey in game 4, then Estrada pitched his gem in game 5.
Last year I could have envisaged us winning it all, this year, even if we had beaten Cleveland then I would have expected us to lose to the Cubs. that's another reason why 2015 hurts more!
