The White Sox have said if they fall out of it early they would be willing to blow it up. Jeff Samardzija would be a logical rental. We know AA likes him and seems to have a good rapport with the Sox FO.

Dude, maybe not this bad but I had no doubt it would utterly hamstring the team. This isn't even a case of "on paper it looks good - what's happening?" it's straight up "yeah there are two rookies in the rotation, two junkballers, and an A-ball closer". Half the forum saw it coming a mile away.
