I get that. As a fan of the team I agree that would be best for the team but I really want all his excuses taken away and him have to face the fact that he is a blowhard douche bag with a 80 tool mouth, a 20 head and a 40 arm.
As much as it would suck to have the Jays lose, I would love for the Stro' Show to fall flat on his face to start the season. Nothing but meatballs and having him get his ass rocked... Maybe then he would stfu and learn some humility. Can't stand him as a person.
Hard to find anything to complain about with this deal. Hopefully Brito keeps progressing. The other guy (I couldn't even bother scrolling up to clarify his name...lol) is pure orgfiller from the reports.
Good luck Russ! Thanks for the memories and providing great leadership!
It feels like we have 1 guy (Borucki) that has a good chance to make it through the season in the rotation and stay healthy. We have 8-10 guys that have a better than even chance to be out of the lineup due to health or performance. We need at least 2 maybe 3 more SP that have are in the 3-5 area of the rotation. Let spring training sort out who starts the season with the big club.
As an enthusiastic but "casual" fan of these boards, I prefer more specific threads like this. Let each topic be debated on it's own merit rather than be lost among several conversations. The lack of directed threads is a reason I don't spend more time in here.
Just stating my 2 cents...
I think he needs to re-learn his mechanics since he has basically been throwing differently since the blister. He was throwing differently to mitigate the effects of the blister issue (unsuccessfully).

Yes, and as expected, the #Jays take the #Astros former closer Ken Giles, as @Ken_Rosenthal reported

Buck right twice in one game? What the actual f***?
With all of the talk about shifts you would think the Jays would have realized they shouldn't move the SS in that scenario...
