Holy crap - I didn't realize what a s*** show it was in Baltimore this year. Who was it in here who was going on and on and on about how the Jays should have traded for Tim Beckham and how they need someone like him. Jones, Schoop, Davis, Mancini, Beckham, Valencia....all balls.

Absolutely nothing before, or after the 2016 suggests we'll ever see him pitch at that level again. His last 23 starts have been utter garbage and the results are remarkably similar to the 11 we saw in 2015.

I have to say I'm with Stro on this one. If Arash is doing a piece on the Canadians, then he should lead with that "I'm just finishing up a piece on the Vancouver Canadians and I was wondering if you could tell us what your experience was there. I bet our young prospects really enjoyed being around an established major league starter like you" Stro shouldn't be a dick, but he's right. He's been balls, the team's been balls, it should be very frustrating to all 25 guys in that clubhouse. Then the media cherry picks statements and adds fuel to the fire. The media is AIDS to society.

Apparently the Yanks won't offer Sheffield or Frasier in a deal for Machado - so we can all safely remove the Frasier for Happ pipe dream from our thoughts. It appears the days of selling rentals for top prospects is officially over.
