    Exactly. I imagine that Oh, Axford and Clippard were all signed as potential trade candidates if the season went sideways. We went 1 for 3, which is probably above average when you're picking off the scrap heap. I imagine F.Liriano has more value than Ax or Clippard right now simply because you can use him as a LOOGY (he's dominated lefties all year) out of the pen in the playoffs.

    The Solarte thing hasn't really worked out (unless you listen to Buck and Tabby). I still support the trade, but it appears he's not returning to the 110-120 wRC+ hitter we'd hoped to get.

    DSJ seems like one of those guys who could have a lot of untapped potential if he's reconstruct his swing. He has an advanced approach at that plate + doesn't strike out a lot. I don't care enough to check, but does he have good exit velocity and barrel numbers?

    They said the same thing about the Golden Knights. Now to be fair - way more home games and a much bigger venue; however, none of those concerns played out for the hockey team (although their immediate winning probably helped also).
