There's the top 10 list. Votto is on it. We're using emoji's as names now. That's yeah, that's something alright.
If the Rockies aren't going to give Mike Tauchman an extended look in their s*****/pathetic outfield - can the Jays?

Yeah he's 27, but he's a lefty and deserves a look.
There were lots of players last year (throughout MLB) who just chose to use their own last name instead of a nickname. They may feel nicknames (and the players weekend in general) are stupid or non-traditional or disrespectful or something.
Why would Sanchez use 'Sanchize' ? Nobody actually calls him that do they? Isn't that something the media created when he was good 2 years ago? Like f*** me - he's many moons from being 'the franchise' these days. He should go with 'Blister' or 'Made of Glass' or 'Overrated' or something
This is true (although it's AA, not AAA).
He'll be 24 in less than a month. Pompey still has more upside - and that's saying a lot.
Speaking of Pompey's - Tristan's off to a good start and has already been moved up to A+ ball.
It would be awesome if Buck & Tabby could take a year off from telling the causals that Pillar is an improved, more mature hitter who's worked hard to take more walks and swing at better pitches (when he's on a hot streak).
The Freese 9th inning triple and 11th inning walk off was remarkable. I had tingles watching it.
EDIT - I just realised the 10th inning of that game was #2 on the list. Holy s*** was it an incredible game to watch!
Yes. What's your point?
Look man - Martin's contract is pretty much exactly what teams sign up for when they sign a FA for 4+ years. You're hoping to get 2 or 3 good seasons (which align with your win curve) and you may end up with some below average years at the end of the contract.
In the end - teams are trying to find surplus value in all levels of the 25 man roster. Martin provided surplus value over course of the contract and helped us make the ALCS twice. What else could you possible ask for?
