  1. You know how the old saying goes....the playoffs will be easy to make! 😎
  2. Oh by all means use them. McMahon, Flair and Macho Man are absolute gold mines. They are only off limits to the Debbie Downers who can use Bubba the Love Sponge or Ultimate Warrior gifs if they'd like.
  3. Tons of stuff is breaking the right way. The lineup and the bench look good and there is enough depth that we can withstand injuries. Same goes with the bullpen. The rotation is fine right now, as the big 3 are firing away. But if one of them got hurt we would be in some trouble. Just need to keep keep this patchwork rotation together until the deadline at which point we can make an add. Which shouldn't be hard to do because our prospects are also on fire. On to Minny
  4. I'm proud of everyone on Team Positive for remaining strong in the face of the negative hoard who were tarring and feathering us every chance they got It took a lot of courage from all of us but it's great to see good people getting rewarded for doing the right thing
  5. The Debbie Downers are completely shook right now The boys have won 7 of 8 games, and 4 out of the last 5 series If the current scores hold, we will also take sole possession of the 3rd wild card spot Only 5 games back of the fraud Yankees
  6. Average Phillies player: 6'4'' 190 pounds pretty good hitter the worst fielder at his position in the history of the game Average Jays Player: 5'8'' 255 pounds gold glove caliber fielder the worst base runner you've ever seen in your entire life
  7. They have a bunch of tall lanky white guys with long hair running around and booting the ball all over the place Reminds me of the stoner team we play in beer league softball on Wednesday nights
  8. I guess they could put Schwarber back out in the field but other than that, I'm not sure you could build a worse defense if you tried
  9. The Phillies probably thought they had this series in the bag after winning Game 1 lmao
  10. This Luzardo guy sucks. No idea how he had good stats coming in to today. Or maybe the Jays offense is just THAT good?
  11. This team looks incredible right now The playoffs will be easy to make
  12. Pinango being a lefty helps his profile.
  13. Fangraphs' scouting of him tracks this. They call him a statcast-darling with elite exit velos but they say scouts think he has a long swing which could lead to struggles in MLB. But if he keeps mashing as he moves his way up the ranks I think the concerns with the latter have to dissipate some.
  14. I almost forgot that the Rays have two stadiums. The one mentioned above is only being used because the roof flew off of the other one. So yeah, our AL East Rivals are all trash.
  15. At Yankee Stadium it would have made it to the second deck
  16. Vlad's slash line in high leverage situations is .306/.397/.500
  17. Yeah that Bo triple hung up in the air for a looooong time It only had an xBA of .150
  18. Well would you look at that...the Jays have two hits so far tonight and Gimenez has them both.
  19. Good job by Berrios there to make sure that the first of the three homers he is going to give up tonight is a solo shot.
  20. If our AL East rivals want to cheese out their ballparks we might as well up the ante In addition to the retractable dome, we should have retractable fences that come in or out depending whether or not the Jays are at bat or in the field It's only fair
  21. Yankees: little league dimensions in right field Red Sox: I'll allow the Green Monster since it's unique but pesky pole is even more little league Rays: Yankee Stadium dimensions and it's always 90 degrees or hotter with high humidity Orioles: they move their left field fence in or out depending on how many right handed bats they have in the lineup in any given year We need a total and complete shutdown of our AL East rivals' park dimensions until we can figure out what the hell is going on
  22. Lol no surprise but it's a home run in 1/30 parks
