Atkins needs to make his trades as late as possible. He traded for a setup man and the best starter to be moved at the deadline so far. Meanwhile, the Yankees traded for a couple of Rockies players, a platoon bat and Bednar, but because Bednar was acquired after we made our trades, everyone and their 15-minute attention span thinks Atkins is sitting around not doing anything. Lol

Pretty sure his track record is awful and he'd have been better off not making most of these trades. The Soto trades alone are brutal. He sure is fun when the trade deadline roles around though.
