    The weather is amazing this weekend, the boys are hitting tanks, we’ve got a 4 game win streak, and Gausman is on the hill tomorrow Summer is off to one hell of a start you guys

    We really need to make sure to lock down the win today. The Jays are only -160 and I fully expect to see Mason Miller today as he hasn't pitched in 5 days. But if we can secure the W today then we've got a great shot to sweep with Gausman vs. Sears tomorrow.

    The defense up the middle of the field would be insane. Possibly even historically elite as there is a good chance you would have the best defensive player in the league at the following positions: C- Kirk 2B- Clement SS- Gimenez CF- Varsho

    Damn! I haven't even thought of Clement as a full-time starter before but perhaps it's time to consider it. Currently leads the team in WAR Updated Steamer600 is 2.4 WAR. That's solid as is but Steamer undersells his defense by projecting it to be near average. Zips is lower on his bat but seems to capture his defense more accurately and pegs him as roughly a 3 WAR player moving forward. As for who would play 2B and who would play SS between he and Gimenez it probably wouldn't matter a ton. Gimenez seems to have the stronger arm so you might want him there.

    Gimenez should be pretty good. His xStats and projections are fine so his performance is probably just bad luck in a SSS. He was basically playing at a 4 WAR pace before he got injured.

    We also fleeced the Mariners twice. We got RJ Schreck for Justin Turner and then got Clase for Yimi. I think some of the other lower level guys are doing pretty well too.

    I think it's ok to pull for the Rays vs. the Astros Houston is also wild card competition for us and I think the Rays might wilt in the Florida heat this summer.

    Wouldn't be a bad idea to let him throw the last 3 innings and then just DFA him after with Swanson coming back and all lol

    I might just keep Stefanic since this spot probably won't play much and him being an infielder balances the roster out a little bit better than having another OF. But either way, getting Gimenez back and moving Clement to the bench is going to be a nice boost.
