    Vasquez is loooooong overdue for a blowup game tomorrow. In 44.1 IP, he has 23 Ks and 26 BBs with a 3.45 ERA lol. His xFIP is nearly 6.00.

    O's drop their 7th straight game to fall to 15-31. They are just a game better than the Pirates, 2 games better than the White Sox and if the Rockies can somehow manage to hang on, the O's are only 6.5 games better than the worst team in baseball history. lmao

    Definitely possible and he might be better than Green too but Green and Swanson and Burr don't have any options.

    15-30 record. They are down to a 3% chance to make the Playoffs according to Fangraphs. Their season is effectively over and they've wasted a year of their cheap core as their young players start to enter arbitration. What a disaster!

    The bullpen is going to be stacked if those two come back and perform. We will probably dump Urethra and option Fisher.

    Berrios vs. Baz Bassitt vs. Pepidiot Gausman vs. Little With these pitching matchups this is a must win series.

    We need to take it to the Rays. The pitching matchups are solid for us as we have Berrios-Bassitt-Gausman going. That means that both of our gas cans (Francis and Urethra) will be throwing against the Tigers but if things hold it looks like we might avoid Skubal. The series against the Padres will be their first stop on a road trip for them so hopefully the time change gives us a little boost. A couple of off days mixed in with it being at home and hopefully we can play well. 5-4 would be just fine but anything better than that would be awesome.

    Adding Varsho and then replacing two struggling Buffalo Boys with two that are hitting (Wagner and Roden out and Barger and Lukes in) has been huge. The lineup is a lot deeper.
