Notice those reports from earlier about how the Dodgers and Padres were trying to acquire Intl Money but no mention of the Jays. Then the Jays are the team that actually acquires Intl Money and they acquire a shitload of it. Just more proof that national writers have no clue what is going on with our team.

I know the reputation of the entire profession of journalism is in the toilet right now, but baseball journalists have to be the worst of all. Do any of them operate operate under any sort of journalistic code whatsoever? Maybe Passan? All he does is not post the ******** and then someone tells him after there's been an official signing though. Then there's the way they use their personal feelings to vote for the HoF. Just a terrible profession.

Oh so like Sasaki then :) I think the Jays have succeeded in keeping the big league pitchers healthy because they haven't gone as slider crazy as other team. They've gone splitter crazy.

What if we lose out on Sasaki, use the extra intl money to sign Christopher Polanco, and he becomes the greatest SS of all time? There's a lot of paths to this working out for us folks

Half the people on this board have no concept of money and think that once you have a million dollars anything more than that is just a frivolous and unnecessary waste that you wouldn't need or even use
