  1. Didn't get a PM. I just got home, though will make my pick soon.
  2. Bought another two pairs in the 500 level for Canada Day and got a pair for Sunday April 24th vs. Oakland. It's great to see this type of excitement surrounding the team this early. Though Toronto fans will jump off the bandwagon very quickly with baseball if the Jays start to lose or are mediocre. Even last year during the postseason, tickets to ALCS Game 4 and 5 were going way below cost on sites like StubHub etc. Mostly every Sunday giveaway day will sell out regardless of how the team is doing. If the team is winning, then all weekend games are sold out, and it wouldn't shock me to see weeknight games in the summer and September get around 40,000-45,000 per game. The Jays really own the summer market since their only competition per say are the Argos and TFC.
  3. Happy Birthday Jay! All the best and hope you party hard all day & night! Cheers!
  4. Found an error on my team roster - it should be Robbie Ray, not Robbie Ross Jr. Thanks! New spreadsheet looks awesome by the way!
  5. Couldn't get a pair for the home opener, though managed to get a single for myself this morning in Sec 119, like 10 rows up. There are still singles available, though they're all the way in the OF corners right now. Managed to grab a 500 level pair for Canada Day though they are crummy seats in Sec 509, Row 17. Also, got some pairs in the 500 level for Sunday May 8th and Sunday May 29th, Sec 533 Row 20 so meh. I'll likely sell those games on StubHub if I can't go, so they'll be easy to move. Not much left in terms of quality seats in the 500 level for premium weekend giveaway games, though I'm sure more will be released during the General Public sale. They limit the amount of seats for Inside Pitch subscribers. I doubt you'll get through on Home Opener tickets this Thursday, probably better off trying getting a pair to the Canada Day game right at 10 AM instead.
  6. I'm looking to move up in the waiver draft.
  7. Next years FA class for hitters is pretty weak. I'd give Jose 4 years/80 million + maybe a club option for a 5th year, though I'm sure he could get more given the weak FA market for outfielders.
  8. Looking to move Freddie Freeman for a top young arm.
  9. Still, at the time that deal was a huge benefit for you considering your team was contending for a title You still got a top fantasy stud in Toews who was better than anyone at replacing Kane's production for you last season. Doubt there were any other teams who could have done a deal like that. Even by having the No. 1 ranked player in fantasy hockey this season, my team is sitting in 19th place. My team was competitive early on, though the last month I've gone 3-47. Barf!
  10. Could someone who has ESPN Insider post the Buster Olney article on how he wouldn't be shocked if AA possibly returned to Toronto? Thanks.
  11. I don't see the Jays going after Jordan Zimmermann. Also, 5 years/$80 million is a lot for Mike Leake and Shark lol.
  12. Karns pitching in Safeco should be good. Hernandez, Walker, Paxton, Karns and Elias rounds out a nice rotation. Mariners messed around with Miller unfortunately. Rays get a solid young middle infielder and buy low on LoMo, who still could be a decent bat. Plus Danny Farquhar could be a nice late inning arm for them. Rays filled a lot of positions with this trade. I like Nathan Karns, though the Rays definitely improved their team with this deal.
  13. Expect to be banned in the next hour.
  14. I was going to say, his numbers this season in a part time role were pretty good. Just not worth $16 million for a 4th outfielder lol.
  15. Crazy how BJ Upton just fell off the face of the earth.
  16. Yeah not comfortable if he has a QO attached. Unless the Jays sign a higher profiled free agent as well, not worth giving up a comp pick to sign Kennedy.
  17. I prefer Ian Kennedy as well over Happ. Younger and durable arm that you know should give you more innings. He'd fit in nicely as a No. 3 starter in the Jays rotation.

Aren't you a True Red Wings fan?
  20. I'll admit that I'm a casual hockey fan as well.

Two tough road wins back to back against good teams in Dallas and OKC!
  22. Next years version of Marco Estrada? I'd sign Norris for 1/5 and have him start as a long man like they did with Estrada this past season. I'm sure he'd end up making around 25 starts.
  23. Wouldn't be shocked to see Zobrist get more.
  24. I said this yesterday. Josh Thole hasn't produced a positive WAR season in his three years with the Blue Jays. He's a strain on the 25 man roster.
  25. Yeah, there are so many middle tier starting pitchers available via free agency, so do you think that could lower prices/years on some of those arms? Price, Greinke and probably Cueto will get paid obviously, and probably some of the other pitchers in the next tier below if they sign quick. Though I'm sure you might be able to nab some solid arms on 1 year contracts (similar to how Ervin Santana 2 years ago signed late with the Braves).
