  1. I'll take DiPietro
  2. I'll take Nikita Popugaev
  3. Nobody sent me a PM. Thanks!
  4. I'll take Shane Bowers. Wanted to take Kole Lind because he had the same last name as Adam Lind, though Spanky beat me to him. Who is up after me>?
  5. Mauer & Morneau were a pretty good hitting tandem in their primes. Also, can't forget Jason Kubel lol.
  6. I'll take RW Kailer Yamamoto
  7. Add Eddie Rosario to that list.
  8. I'll take GABRIEL VILARDI.
  9. I'll take Tyler Myers
  10. Took Joe Thornton
  11. After the second half Nunez had with the Boston? I think he'll get more than a 2 year contract from someone in what is a weak FA market. He's still only 30 and has displayed double digit power numbers along with averaging 30+ SB's the past two seasons.
  12. They were all coming off good years and the Royals aren't really the smartest organization to begin with. Kennedy & Leake were both younger when they signed their deals. Hammels got 2 years/16 million after going 15-10 with a 3.83 ERA and 1.5 WAR. Colon was coming off a 2.9 WAR season with the Mets and the Braves probably had to overpay a bit to bring him to Atlanta.
  13. It would be nice to add another No. 2 type starter, though they're aren't many available in free agency. Alex Cobb would be a nice add though not sure how much he costs. Not really a fan of Lance Lynn. As a swingman/No. 6 starter, Biagini should be a candidate though I still wouldn't mind adding another arm to fit that type of role as well. Trevor Cahill would be an interesting target. Not sure if a team will sign him as a starter, but when he was with the Padres he looked like a completely different pitcher and its not because of Petco. I don't think Chavez would come back to Toronto and Anderson likely would sign anywhere that offers him a rotation spot. Stroman Sanchez Cobb Happ Estrada Biagini Cahill That rotation above looks rock solid.
  14. I don't think he gets a 3 year deal in free agency.
  15. That's why I would never get season seats for the Blue Jays or any baseball team unless it was the Red Sox or Cubs. Too many games to try and sell, which like you said could be stressful and requires you to put a lot of time in. Tough thing about baseball is that you might be required to unload tickets to 6 or 7 straight games all in one week, unlike with basketball or hockey tickets. Only way you can really get season tickets is if you get 3-4 people to in with you, so you get around 20 games each. I'll just select & pay for the games I want to go to, even if it means sometimes spending $10-20 more above the season seat holder rate. Plus, like you said seats on StubHub are going for far below face value, so doesn't even make sense purchasing seats from the box office.
  16. K/9 rates are really low. Doubtful I was using a keeper slot on him. Still the 29 holds were nice this season, though he hasn't been getting as much as late. You can thank me later.
  17. I'll take Vladislav Namestnikov
  18. Edwin Jackson was a disaster. Same with Bettis this week (though didn't stream him). Can't believe I came back to take the lead in ERA haha. Parker Bridwell was rock solid. Worried about starting Henderson Alvarez today & Chacin at Coors, though I guess I really don't have a choice since we're locked in a tie in wins and you have 3 guys going as well. Down 11-0 heading into the weekend, categories were still pretty close so glad that I've closed the gap a bit to give me a chance on the final day. Need another big day with the bats & some solid pitching. Looking forward to a tight finish hopefully.

  20. Haha 48K each seat or is that a pair?
  21. Had my eyes on 2-3 guys haha.
  22. I'll take Ryan Strome.
  23. Everyone taking goalies. Good thing I hung onto Howard.
  24. Opening up the year with that outfield is a bit worrisome. I'd like to see the Jays at least target another veteran corner OF whether its Bruce, CarGo or JD Martinez. Other than Martinez who likely would cost the most, I don't see Bruce or CarGo being that crazy expensive. I really don't want to see Pearce & Carrera split time in the OF again. Would be depressing lol. Gurriel & Urena are solid replacements in case Tulo or Travis go on the DL. Depending on the length of the injury. If it's an extended amount of time again, might be best to give AB's to Gurriel, whereas Urena is a decent replacement for 1-2 weeks, though wouldn't want to see Urena getting 400 AB's. For the starting rotation, likely they bring back Estrada IMO as the No. 4 guy. A lot of possibilities for the No. 5 spot (Anderson, Liriano, Cahill, Fister, Chacin, Jimenez, Chatwood etc.). I'd keep Biagini either as the 6th starter, in case someone goes down with an injury. Prepare him as a starter in the offseason & ST. Bullpen: adding a LHP should be on the top of their list. McGee would be a nice add IMO. I'm fine with Osuna, Leone, Tepera, Barnes, Ramirez, Loup, and Biagini (long man) in the pen.
