  1. Also, had Tim Beckham's 4 for 4 day with a HR benched yesterday and Teoscar Hernandez today ugh. Also, Gray pitched 3 solid innings and maybe might have swing the K/BB stat if he was active. My team really blew it that last couple of weeks. These guys don't deserve to make the playoffs.
  2. Pretty much all my fantasy teams for some reason have been choking this month. Probably missing the playoffs in the Auction League after sitting in second place for majority of the season. Probably going to miss the playoffs in BORED as well. Even though my team is always ranked 2nd or 3rd in the DDL power rankings, I'm likely settling on a 6th or 7th seed.
  3. My team has pretty much choked. If the scores hold, I'm likely out of a playoff spot. My team has played awful the last couple of weeks.
  4. No way he's getting a deal of 5+ years after this season lol. I doubt he was going to get more than 5 years even if he became a FA after 2017. Many teams these days are taking a cautious and rational approach when it comes to FA's above 30. If he was healthy, I could have seen him get 5 years/$125 million this offseason from a veteran team with a window open now. Even if he destroys it for a month or two now, I think the most is a 2-3 year worth $75 million and even that I think would be tough.
  5. It's a new market for free agents. I think 3-4 years ago, he would easily get that. Now with the way the market has gone in the last 2-3 years, not so much. I think if he goes and proves he's healthy in September and October and puts up numbers showing a resemblance of when he was an MVP, then I think you could see a team take that gamble perhaps like the Cardinals or Cleveland. I don't think you'll have teams lining up to sign him for 2-3 years though. I think majority of his offers will only be for 1 year. He'll follow the same route Adrian Beltre took.
  6. 1-year-contract worth $20-25 M to reestablish his value. He's going to be 33 next season. Similar to what Adrian Beltre did when he signed a one-year contract with Boston and then went out and signed a big deal with the Rangers the following offseason. Only way he gets a 2-3 year deal is if he tears the cover off the ball over the final two months and carries Cleveland's lineup in the postseason. Otherwise, he's only getting a one-year deal with a club/player option. I think some posters are overvaluing his value on the open market right now.
  7. When is the deadline to select our keepers on Yahoo?
  8. Could someone post a link to the spreadsheet? Thanks!

Raptors were apparently trying to trade DeRozan for Wiggins last summer. Maybe the Raps aren't done yet? I'm sure something around Lowry + JV or another young player can land Wiggins from Minnesota. Raps might roll with Van Fleet/Wright from PG. Regardless, they are a better team with Leonard now than DD.

If Leonard doesn't pull a Vince Carter and actually is motivated to win, this is a fantastic deal for the Raps! They even clear DeRozan's salary off the books. Also, getting Danny Green is a nice add as well for the bench.
  17. I'll take Griffin Canning from the Angels.
  18. Not good enough!
  19. Nice. Planning to drive out to Prince Edward County this afternoon. Heard a lot of craft breweries have popped up in that area.
  20. Coors Field was one of my favourite ballparks that I've visited so far. It has really aged well considering it was built in the mid-1990's and that it's the third oldest ballpark in the NL. They made some nice renovations for this year as well with the upper deck. Again, by far one of my favourite ballparks!

The Raptors can afford to trade DeRozan. He's easily replaceable, even long term. I don't believe any of the Raptors young guys will become All-Stars in the future. They will have solid careers and put together solid seasons, though I doubt they will regret trading 1 or 2 of them.
