  1. Watches a meatball middle middle... what are we doing here folks?
  2. Level of hatred for Sosa is rapidly approaching levels not seen since(insert name here)
  3. I mean, if there's anything a guy suffering from vertigo needs, it's a baseball to the head.
  4. If there's a piece of SSS splits to give a glimmer of hope, Alcantara is giving up nearly an .800 OPS (.787) to LHH this season.
  5. I'm more interested in why Lukes is sitting. After Pinango's adventures in garbage fielding yesterday I would probably give him a day off and put Lukes out there.
  6. Must be something they feel is going to clear up on the shorter side of time frames or it makes no sense to not put him on the 10 day retroactive to the 25th. Playing a man down 1-3 games isn't a massive deal but beyond that is kinda dumb. My fake foresight says he probably sits out the Miami series and is back against Baltimore.
  7. if you havent seen that episode, its a must watch. Conan is a savage
  8. Lots of suspect swing decisions from players in key situations. Watching meatballs, swinging at borderline
  9. Lukes against the Junk-baller. He's gonna come back hot
  10. All of what you said is true, but it also means that he's on my shelf of "check on in 2 years to see if he's still around". he's not a daily boxscore check like many others are.
  11. Johnny King with his first major hiccup. Got his tits lit tonight giving up 5 ER in just 0.1 IP, 4 hits, 3BB, 1 K
  12. Bloss with another 4 IP in Dunedin tonight. Couple weeks away?
  13. yeah, it is unfortunate a 20-year old SS isn't major league ready yet. That happens like, every year for other teams. /sarcasm ya ass. aslo, I'm not sure I expect anything from Kasevich other than backup MIF who won't hit a lick. That's not really going to move the needle at all. What it MAY do is free up a tiny bit of cash they could spend elsewhere but again, not really a big deal.
  14. most fractures would be in the 3-6 weeks range for normal people, assuming its not sever enough to require surgery, which would push it to 8-12 weeks. Not sure how long that would be extended for athletes putting more stress on it. You also stay sore for weeks and sometimes months even after the bone is healed.
  15. Not good when a guy gets hit with a pitch and just walks off. Especially not good when it's Vlad
  16. Dont forget about Yimi. He's not that far off either
  17. I guess. His hard hit rate is way down this year from last and still can't get any luck on batted balls.
  18. Hoffman has decided to throw nothing but splitters snd sliders now. 97 Fastball is now his change of pace
  19. More filth splitter to Cruz for the swinging K. Has that splitter working today
  20. Both gonna be lifted for defense anyways, may as well let the scrubs have a PA too.
