I'm not saying it will work, I'm not saying it's gibby's fault ( I actually think he's a good manager-in game anyway, who knows what happens in the clubhouse.) I think he gets May and if nothing has changed Alex will make a move...maybe it will spark the team, or most likely they'll continue doing what they have done for the last 22 years and finish around .500. Only the jays could have a 2-3-4 of Donaldson, Bautista, Encarnacion...with a rookie added in who's playing like an MVP and be under .500. Like wtf is wrong with this team!

    Not the topic of this thread, but josh Donaldson is a beast! That is one trade where I could care less how the players we gave up do. It still blows my mind we got him and for 4 years to!

    Wtf? I can't find the game listed on tv for today? I thought all 162 were televised, or did that change this year? Please tell me it's on and I'm missing it.

    I predict today is the start of him regaining his Sanchize nickname. I predict only 2 Ks with 2 walks, and about 12-14 lazy ground ball outs. I also think having Sanchez as a #5 is so much better then a guy like Estrada due to the potential. Go jays! 4 and 1 coming up!!!

    castro makes the team, first pitch blows his elbow, spends first season of control on the DL. That's the blue jays way.

    That Zips line looks about right to me. I'll go with it. I'm not sure if I like the guy or not yet and want him to do well or poor. I think I'll know after we play Oakland the first time. Of course, there's a good chance he's injured when we play them so it might answer nothing.

    Anyone notice if the jays have changed his swing to see if adjustments can help him. Maybe he is trying something new? Or maybe he is hot garbage? Or maybe it's been like 10 spring training at bats?

    I thought Strasburg has 2 years left on his deal, I guess I could google it but I just don't care. It's times like these I day dream of being the multi billionaire owner of the jays and calling Amaro saying give us hamels and we'll take Howard off your hands, then dump Howard before the trade contract ink is dry. Not giving a f*** about the cash.

    Not even Lind would believe "I play hard", it had to be Rasmus and most of us agree as he's destroying the poll. Makes sense to with his being benched. I'm glad AA cleaned the s*** out of this clubhouse. Replacing it with Donaldson and Martin is just icing on the cake.

    Would of been nice for Saunders to injure himself in July so there are teams looking to dump players...but I still have faith AA will pull something off.

    Im not ready to write off a guy with 97 mph heat with movement. Jays already did that once with Henderson Alvarez. Before his successful 33 ip I wasn't ready to write the guy off, why the f*** would we write him off now? Because he did well in his first taste of the majors?
