    Tolleson hits .321 playing 140 games. Norris gets tommy john. Stroman/hutch/Sanchez form the most desired 1-2-3 in all of baseball. ( for about 1.5 mil combined) Jays make the playoffs. Reyes gets injured. Arod gets cut by Yankees. Padres suck and finish below .500. Detroit crashes and burns. Bryce Harper wins the MVP turning into an absolute beast.

    I'm guessing when Martin is hitting .240 June 1st that 90% of the fan base will blame him and his contract for bringing the jays down...meanwhile 90% of us on this board will be smashing our heads in the wall listening to people bitch about Martins average and having no idea how good his defense is.

    If Edwin doesn't take a month or two again to hit his first home run this year then I say he hits 40+. The ther two wil hit 30 each, so I'll go with 103. And BED is a horrible nickname.

    I've been twice and I just simply refrain from looking at girls/boys/trannies/wtf ever they are. Head down and forget about it, it's much better then perving out on some guys ass thinking its a hot chick.

    giving 5 starts to Sanchez while Norris waits in AAA for a month seems like such a no brainer to me. If Sanchez fails, move him to the pen and then call up Norris one month into the season.

    I've only truly almost lost faith last season around the trade deadline...for the most part...kind of.

    AA has made some questionable moves, but I'm shocked at how many are still down on him. This off season has been amazing so far and the farm looks pretty solid to me. yes, he needs to put some finishing touches on the roster to complete the off season, but the guy added josh Donaldson with 4 years of control. Seriously, josh Donaldson!!! It still doesn't seem real to me.

    I was wondering the same thing, but I think it's affected Baltimore more. DD may have just shut down business completely until this gets sorted out.

    Sorry lads for being a s***** fan, I live over 2700 miles from the skydome and haven't been to a game in a quite a few years. Maybe I'll stop by when the O's are in town next.

    How about any 4 prospects not named, Hoffman, Pompey, Norris, and Sanchez. I think there would be 4 that would hurt to lose so perhaps it's enough?

    I'm not a fan of shields going forward. I wish Rogers would step up and blow our minds with a 7 year deal for Scherzer. Last couple years would be ugly, and it might take more then 7, but he's a legit Ace. Don't get me wrong, Shields is still decent, but I don't want him at 20 mil per season.

    I guess I'd be ok with sending izturis to Baltimore for DD.

    Out of izturis, Travis, goins, and tolesson....something inside me believes tolleson is going to win the job and be a very pleasant surprise this year. And yes I dont even know or care how to spell his name.

    I agree, kennie messed up on this one. I'll be shocked if someone agrees to pay him 7 mil. I think I also want to change my vote, I'm liking the revolving DH idea like BTS said...I've been advocating that all winter and temporarily forgot my own advice

    I think 2 mil is too much but for 1 mil I'd have to consider it....I guess, just barely.

    I get the lack of control issue he had in the minors thing, but I'm with brownie, I dont understand the hate for Sanchez.

    I agree, sure it's a gamble but the payoff is worth the risk. Plus, worst case we end up with a very good relief pitcher.
