I'm not sure either. I follow NHL and MLB, and the only player who's suspended across either league who I think there's a reasonable argument should be playing is Bauer. I'm not seeing this culture of wrongfully canceled players. Maybe in NFL or NBA?

Isn't it really just Bauer who isn't playing but maybe should be, as far as baseball goes?

It's not a bad pivot if they can't land an impact bat this year. People are thumbing their noses at run prevention, but they have a real chance to give up fewer runs than any other team this year. That's a pretty good foundation, especially given that the offense people are whining about was about average last year despite down years from some of their best players.

Clearest path would be hoping the Cards like Manoah and would be willing to ove Matz to the bullpen.

But to respond for real, I’m fine having a quick trigger finger when new accounts show up and seem to only be interested in pushing people’s buttons. He was 20 posts in, was already banned once for political trolling, then came back and made 6 one line posts about how s***** the team is. The ban isn’t a perma, but realistically it’s just a matter of time.
